1. Who operates this service
CallerFilterPro.com is operated by LTI Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In this Policy, “LTI Group LLC”, “we”, “us”, and “our” all refer to LTI Group LLC as the platform operator.
LTI Group LLC

2. Definitions
- Operator means LTI Group LLC, the company that provides the CallerFilterPro platform.
- Customer means the individual or business that subscribes to CallerFilterPro and forwards a phone line to the service. The Customer is the “Owner” of the line being screened. The Operator is not the Owner of the line.
- Caller means a person who places a call to a number forwarded to CallerFilterPro.
3. What we collect
For each call processed: the Caller’s phone number, the Caller’s stated name, call audio, an AI transcript, an AI summary, and the disposition selected by the Customer’s screening rules. We also collect the Customer’s account information (email, display name, phone numbers, billing identifiers) and basic usage telemetry necessary to operate the service.
4. How long we keep it
Call-data retention is configurable per account. The default retention window is 90 days, after which call audio, transcripts, and summaries are deleted from active systems. Account-level records are retained for the life of the account plus a commercially reasonable wind-down period.
5. Sharing
LTI Group LLC does not sell Customer call data. We do not train public AI models on Customer call data. We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, our telephony provider, hosting provider, email delivery provider, and payment processor) and only to the extent each requires for its function.
6. Recording consent and Customer responsibility
Many jurisdictions require notice or consent before recording a phone call. The Customer, as the Owner of the forwarded line, is responsible for ensuring that the greeting and screening flow used on that line satisfies the applicable recording-consent, telephone consumer protection, and privacy laws in the Customer’s jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction from which Callers may originate. LTI Group LLC provides the platform; the Customer controls the script, the rules, and the line.
7. Customer rights and data export
Customers may request export or deletion of their account’s call data at any time. Where applicable law grants additional rights (for example, access, correction, or restriction of processing), LTI Group LLC will honor those rights on request.
8. Emergency calls and limitations
CallerFilterPro is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911 or any other emergency dispatch system. The service does not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice and does not guarantee that any specific call will reach the Customer or any third party. In a life-threatening emergency, the Caller should hang up and dial their local emergency number. Customers are responsible for ensuring their assistant greeting does not promise outcomes the platform cannot deliver.
