Terms of Service

The agreement between you and LTI Group LLC, the operator of CallerFilterPro.com.

1. Who you are contracting with

CallerFilterPro.com is operated by LTI Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“LTI Group LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “the Operator”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms with LTI Group LLC.

LTI Group LLC
30 N Gould Street, Suite R
Sheridan, WY 82801

2. Definitions

  • Operator means LTI Group LLC.
  • Customer (also “you”) means the individual or business that subscribes to CallerFilterPro and forwards a phone line to the service. The Customer is the Owner of the forwarded line. The Operator is not the Owner of the line.
  • Caller means a person who places a call to a number forwarded to CallerFilterPro.

3. Customer responsibilities

You represent that you are the authorized user of any phone number forwarded to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CallerFilterPro complies with applicable call-recording, telephone consumer protection, anti-spam, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction and in any jurisdiction from which your Callers may originate. You are responsible for the contents of your greeting, your screening rules, and any messages or callbacks you confirm.

4. Service status and changes

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Pricing, features, and availability are subject to change. LTI Group LLC will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

5. Cancellation and data export

You may cancel at any time. On request, LTI Group LLC will provide an export of your account’s call data in a portable format and will delete account data on written request, subject to commercially reasonable retention for tax, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Billing, refunds, and billing disputes

6.1 Subscription billing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period at the then-current published price until you cancel. The exact amount and renewal date appear on your dashboard billing page and on the receipt Stripe emails to you after each successful charge.

6.2 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page or by emailing support@callerfilterpro.com. Cancellation stops future billing periods from being charged. Unless required by law or expressly approved by LTI Group LLC in writing, the current billing period is not pro-rated and is not refunded; your access remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for.

6.3 Refunds. Refunds are not guaranteed once a service period has started. At our discretion we may approve a full or partial refund in limited circumstances — for example, a duplicate charge, a clear billing error on our side, or a documented service outage that materially prevented your use of the service for the period charged. Refund requests must be sent to support@callerfilterpro.com within 60 days of the charge. Where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants a stronger refund right, that law controls.

6.4 Billing disputes and pre-chargeback contact. If you do not recognize a charge from CallerFilterPro or LTI Group LLC, or you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@callerfilterpro.com and include the email address on file, the approximate charge date, and the last four digits of the card if known. We will respond within two business days and aim to resolve good-faith billing issues directly. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution. This requirement does not waive any rights you have under your card issuer’s dispute process or under applicable law.

7. Not an emergency service · no guaranteed human intervention

CallerFilterPro is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911 or any other emergency dispatch system. The service does not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice. LTI Group LLC does not guarantee that any specific call will be answered, transferred, or surfaced to the Customer, nor that any human will intervene on any specific call. The Customer agrees not to advertise the service to Callers in a way that implies guaranteed emergency response, guaranteed human availability, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTI Group LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to LTI Group LLC for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be directed to support@callerfilterpro.com or mailed to LTI Group LLC at the address above.
